Starlight Cabins offers the best log cabins and homes available. There are four ways to purchase a cabin from Starlight:
- As a kit: We deliver, you build it. This is the least expensive. Pricing starts at $60 per square foot.
- Fully assembled: We design (up to 16' in width), deliver it to your site, set it on the ground, level it, secure it, and hand you the keys. These assembled units can include an attached side porch. Pricing starts at $80 per square foot.
- Dry shell: The customer provides 20% of the labor to save money and a licensed General Contractor builds the rest. Pricing starts at $90 per square foot.
- Turn Key: A licensed General Contractor builds the entire cabin. Pricing starts at $100 per square foot.
For turn key projects, we refer customers to a licensed Minnesota General contractor. Starlight Cabins is a design, marketing and sales company.
